Title: “DNA in the Forensics World”

Bio: In 2016, Rebecca graduated from Keiser University, Port Saint Lucie Campus with a Bachelor of Science degree in Forensic Investigations. She has been employed at Martin County Sheriff Office for 9 years as a CSI and Latent Print Examiner. In 2019 she became a Certified Crime Scene Analyst and in 2022 she became a Certified Latent Print Examiner, both through the International Association for Identification. She is also a graduate of the National Latent Print Examiner Academy in Hattiesburg Mississippi. She is a member of the Florida Emergency Mortuary Operations Response System (FEMORS). In 2022, she was elected as the Region 4 Director of the Florida Division International Association for Identification. She is also on the Keiser University Advisory Board and in 2024, she received the Keiser University Advisory Board Member Award.
